i saw in a form a MSI KT3 Ultra2 for sale, are they any good? also good for overclocking?

no and no. KT = Via Chipset. Via chipset = crap.

VIA mobos aren't crap. For most people running at stock CPU speeds they're fine. They do however tend to be 5-8% slower than NForce2 mobos at any given FSB speed.

If you can grab a NForce2 mobo at a similar price it's a better choice.

NF7S's are only 100 or so now. That's not too much.
