Help with All in Wonder 9800 Pro!!!

I have a Radeon All in Wonder 9800 Pro and I can't seem to get it to function properly. I have an Intel Pentium 4 1.7GHZ processor with 640MB of ram and tried updated my bios as well. When I start my computer, the Windows loading screen is garbled up and when I get to my desktop I have yellow vertical lines going across my screen along with slower than normal performance. Also when I open up a folder and drag it across the screen, the box turns yellow. I many different drivers and have the latest directx drivers installed. Could there be a problem with the card? Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the card is fried, yes. I suggest you RMA it.

It REALLY sounds like your card is defective. Is your case very hot? Do you know how to get temperature readings from the inside?

But right off the bat, I'd say your card is either overheating or is just plain dead. :(
