I am currently look for a nix server so I can replace the existed SCO server 5.

I have heard a word from mouth that SCO server is in chapter 11 of bankrupcy so I am very keen for any suggestion about good nix server, reliable, easy to upgrade, stable,

If you're willing to go linux, CentOS is what I recommend

If you want to stay Unix, OpenSolaris is everything you're looking for - very supported, very reliable.
