My Antec 350W power supply has blown up after 2 months. It took the fuse out of the mains plug and a lump of plastic encapsualtion fell out of the fan grill!
I bought the Antec case and power supply complete from Dabs.com (UK).
I've emailed both Dabs and Antec Europe 10days ago for an RMA but no reply from either.
How long should I wait?
Cheers

Do it the backed up way :)

Contact them and they will help you get your RMA :)

Dabs take a little while to respond, but they will sort of the RMA. They just take a little while to do it. They will also arrange a pickup and delivery of the new item too. Problem is they take a few weeks to do anything once they get the item back :(
Don't bother contacting Antec, they will just tell you to contact Dabs.

Oh, on another note... NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TRADEPRICE.CO.UK
They really have no idea what they are doing, they never answer e-mails, regardless of what their stock levels say it is always, infact 0 and their support team is actually 1 person named "Shelly".
Just thought I should share....
