HELP!!!!

This computer is severly hijacked. It will not run any anti malware programs, or virus protection. All access to know websites with tools are blocked. I can run hijackthis...below is the log. I tried to run combofix but it will not open along with spybot et al.

Is it possible for you to run HJT in normal mode ?
Safe mode does not show me all the items that startup.
