Stopwatch

So this might sound like an odd request as I could just do this by looking at the clock now and then or use a physical stopwatch but why not make it easier using a computer lol.

I was wondering if there is any sort of stopwatch type software which can monitor how long you work on the PC? Ideally one which times when you're using Office products but even a timer I can click and unclick when I'm timewasting would do.

I'm about to start a new job while studying for professional exams so looking to study 20 hours a week at least so around 4 a worknight. Any way to help monitor how long I'm working will help my planning.

Thanks, TimeLog2 from that website seems to be close to what I need although it doesn't keep a memory. Still useful though.
