Speed up?

I've just been looking at ways to speed things up. I set my memory timings from information I got from another site last year. I have 512Mb 2700 DDR in 2 sticks, Crutial. This is what Sandra gives me, Can I improve on it?

2-2-2-5 1CMD is the best to aim for. Try that, and if you start having problems, start putting each one back....
