It was planned in a "Jackass" manner, where he (and a firend or two) went out and tried to piss people off for kicks. The people getting kicked off the board, hit in the head, etc didn’t expect it.


Honest to god, I would have paralyzed the kid. If I saw him doing that **** to me or anyone else, I would have simply grabbed the board before he could recover it, knocked him down, and brake his spine just above the pelvis.

Then I would attack the guy with the camera, take the tape, and destroy the camera itself.

Personally, given a choice, I say he should be hung, upside down, from a 14' ceiling (high enough so he can't reach the floor), using barbed wire wrapped around his balls.

This reminds me of a fight that went down under a bridge for a beach I live near. These two guys wanted to start a fight with us locals, and well to make a long story short. 6 guys on 2 guys isn't a pretty sight. In the end one of the guys got ran over by my friend and is not on cruches for the rest of his life.

Camman, there are certain people that simply deserve to be eliminated from the gene pool in the most painful way possible. Stupidity is never an excuse for anything. Ignorance, on the other hand, is a perfectly acceptable excuse in a lot of cases.

The difference?
Stupidity is doing something idiotic knowingly and intentionally.
Ignorance is doing something idiotic because you don't know any better, or didn't do it on purpose.

For example, I'd say that using an AMD retail heatsink that is not a copper/aluminum or copper unit, is ignorant.

Doing it after you've been advised otherwise is stupid.

Doing it repeatedly after you've killed chips due to overheating is a display of extreme stupidity, and should be rewarded by telling the person in question that he/she is a total moron and should not be allowed to own a computer. :D ;D

If he were to knock me over the head with the trucks of a board I honestly don't think I'd be in any state of mind to do anything. At that point my friends would turn him and his buddies into chopped liver. But, if the situation was turned and a buddy of mine got nailed like that, the crow bar in my backseat would suddenly be handy.
