Popups & Slow Computer - Virtumonde & Smitfraud?

Hi. My computers been infected since march, so maybe too much damage is done, but I'll explain the situation and hopefully you'll be able to guide me. I've taken the steps suggested by this forum, and will post a hijack this log below. Basically after I was infected, I would get a vast amount of popups on my computer. Every time I used Spybot SD and Adaware it would list my computer as being infected with Smitfraud and a couple strains of Virtuemonde. I would quarantine and remove these files, but they ALWAYS show up again, and they would bring "friends" - other spyware - as well. The computer becomes sluggish, and basically non-usable. (I also can't see any drop down menus on any of my microsoft office programs, but I'm guessing that might be another problem altogether)
