Western Digital - Can't Erase Directory

I've got a Western Digital WD3200MLZ-00, I Copied a Directory from My HD to The USB HD, but Now I Can't Erase it, it Says is in Use or That I Need Privileges...

Tested on 2 Machines...

Use a program called unlocker to delete it. Install unlocker, right click on the folder, hit "unlock," choose the action "delete" and then hit the unlock button.
