New Hotmail Issues

Apparently Microsoft recently posted an update to Hotmail which appears to be causing some of its users problems. Hotmail is one of the most popular web based email services and even small problems such as this, are guaranteed to effect a good number of people.

I have just finished reading your e-mail and realized your difficulty about opening e-mails. As you probably noticed we have recently launched a new version of Hotmail. Since the release we have encountered a few unforeseen technical issues and this is one of them. I want you to know that our technical team is aware of this issue and they are working hard to fix the problem ASAP. Although I do not have the exact time this issue will be fixed I encourage you to keep trying over the next few days because this should be resolved soon.

I appreciate your understanding and continued patience. Thank you for being a loyal customer to Hotmail.
