Help needed with internet

I think i have a virus on my computer after loading up a video from facebook. Whenever I try to load up a web page after I have had to put in a username and password it starts to load up than I just get a blank white page with nothing on it and it says done in the bottom left had corner. I press F5 to refresh it but it just does the same. As a result I cannot acces my emails or any accounts i have (bank, virgin etc)
