Hi guys, Looking for some good speakers because I don't like using headsets anymore. This is for music and games, not for a home theater or anything... My room is pretty small 9X9. I have about $200 to spend.

Here is my sound card currently, probably going to build a computer pretty soon with a better sound card.

I have been suggested the Klipsch Pro 2.1 are really great speakers.

Using our Marketplace (http://icrontic.pgpartner.com) (see the "marketplace" button on the top of the site) I was able to filter results by price:

You can set all kinds of custom parameters there. Check it out!

What do you guys think? Or what do you guys use as your speaker sets...

I am looking for probably a 2.1 system only...

Logitech a good brand?

I've always liked Altec Lansing and my current Logitech.

Yes. I have a buddy who has the setup .. and like you his room is pretty small.

I will say I have never heard a better 2.1 setup. If you are willing to spend the bucks I think you won't be disappointed.

cheers :jared:

I use these - http://www.microdirect.co.uk/(16748)Creative-Gigaworks-T20-speaker---system.aspx
They are more than loud enough and have a really nice sound. I have never gone for 2.1 as I don't have space for a big box but these Creatives have plenty bass, and almost all my music is Reggae.

I have these and they're pretty good for the price. Then again, I was lucky and found them on ebay for only $50.

I love them. They are the best sounding set of 2.1 speakers I have ever owned.

I have that set in 4.1, and they sound phenomenal. Just... Incredible.
