Ok guys i have a pretty ancient dell pc folding right now, a xps t450 to be exact running at 450mhz. just wondering if i could overclock it in any way... i cant seem to adjust anything through bios (all locked). are there any other alternatives (i.e. hacked bios??) to achieving this feat?

thanks in advance !

I remeber on my old p2 400 I could overclock it to 420 WOW lol... Even with a hacked bios etc you may be able to get a woping 30mghz over clock. I wouldn't realy waste the time.

I could be mistaken but didn't the p3 come out at 500mghz. With that in mind wouldn't 450-500 be the limmit of the p2 chip.

Hehehehehehe
you used "overclock" in the same sentence as "Dell"
ahahahahahaha
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

In a word: No.
There is likely no way you can overclock it, and even if you could, it wouldn't be worth the effort.
