crytographic service

I am running windows XP professional, SP3 and i'm having problems with the crytographic service on my system which has rendered all things windows unusable, system restore,install shield,IE,WMP ext, i read your article on icrontic.com and have downloaded the dial-a-fix applecation, but it has not solved my problem. is their any other solutions out thier, are will i have to reinstall windows.

Can you get the cryptographic service running? Do you know how to check for that?

What errors are you seeing that convince you that it's the cryptsrv?

Yes i know how to get the cryptographic service running, but when i try to i get this message" the dependencies program does not exist are has been marked for deletion" when i try starting the RPC i get the same message.

I know its a cryptsrv error because when i tries to reinstall I.E i got the crytographic service error message.
