help comp not working

ok when i turn my computer on the tower starts but then the screen doesn't come on and starts making a beeping noice i dont know if this is a virus or something in my computer has broke (im using my laptop so i cant use hijack on my comp) im sorry if its something in my comp thats broke and i wasted ur time

Unfortunately, we rely on being able to see some logs to diagnose a problem
If the machine doesn't start at all, there is not a lot we can do to help here.
Have you tried starting in "Safe Mode" ?

You can boot in Safe Mode by restarting your computer, then continually tapping F8 until a menu appears.
Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.

It sounds like a problem with your PC or monitor, unfortunately they are outside my area of knowledge, so I'm going to have to recommend that you visit one of the tech rooms for assistance.
