Just saw this on youtube. This guys is pretty damn good at pickin'. I had to post :D

Nice. I like his sound but yeah I didn't see any picking...just a bunch of hammer ons and tappin' but it was still cool. :thumbup

Lots of equipment goes into getting sounds like that.

First of all, he's using an E-bow for the sustained low end. You can make amazing sounds with an ebow.

I'm not disparaging his skills, but I'm saying that it's not as hard as you would think.

Yeh, we have a music room upstairs and doing the hammering like that does take some practice but is definitely doable. I can make some halfway decent sounds with no experience and the guy that owns the guitars sounds like a pro. It's amazing what a few pedal effects can do for ya. But he definitely does have a mind for music and that's the most important thing.

and that ebow looks fun to play with. I've never seen one before.
