I have a 1.2 celeron folding, is it okay to use -forcesse -advmethods? or would it be better to use one or none?

That 1.2 Celeron has SSE instructions but no 3DNow! support so the -forcesse flag isn't needed. The -forceasm flag will make sure that it will use SSE on Intel rigs that support the SSE instruction set.
