The first screenshot is totally unrelated to the rest. :) Hit level 70, go to Caverns of Time in Tanaris, and complete the Old Hillsbrad Foothills/Durnholde Keep instance. You get a ~60 second flight on a dragon from the zone-in to the main part of the instance.
