My hard drive was giving me problems I ordered a new one from Dell and attempted to install it (6 hours later talking with India) we realised the new hard drive was defective. I re-installed my old hard drive and now my CD Rom has disappeared. I wanted to download music to my Ipod and it's completely vanished. I need help. I am not really computer saavy so I need very detailed instructions.....Thank you
