So, apparently they're going to start offering the ability to have 2 specs at once (when you hit max level). That's pretty sweet, minus the "need a lexicon of power" or the ridiculous summoning ability of that stuff...

Prot/Holy yes plz

I nearly pissed my pants yesterday when I saw this on the upcoming features section of the WoW page. I don't know how much money I have spent on respecs going between PvP and Raid/PvE.

before WotLK I spent 300g a week, and I played casually

Yup, I was everywhere from 250-400g a week, depending on what I was doing.

They're providing 2 sets of talent trees so you don't have to pay money to respec if you're a class that has multiple useful specs. (Hybrids etc)

Wonder if they'll put a lower lvl limit on this.

It will be available strictly for max level people for the foreseeable future. Blizzard has said that it will be unlocked for lower levels eventually, but not any time soon.

My 80 Holy Paladin (Shoebox / Andorhal server) has been healing raids for some time now and even has decent gear. I bought dual spec so he can go Holy / Protection and be a tank. But he needs tank gear first.

I don't know if I'll do raid tanking, but at least some in 5 mans.

and 1000 gold

plus I see no armor set locations. so if you're a Druid have fun having your bags full of armor sets.
