Request Time Out

I am trying to ping one particular web address, but in the command prompt its always showing me request time out.

I have disabled all kinds of antiviruses and firewalls i had.
I have checked in the exceptions also.


Is there anything else i need to check, help me if you can???

I'm going to suppose the web address does not exist.

Are you trying to ping a name or an IP? If it's a name does it resolve to an IP then time out?

It could be the site/machine is down, it could be a bad name/ip or it could be that that machine is behind a firewall.

I'm also assuming you can ping other sites fine.
