Have you tested your hard drive, memory, and verified that your processor temperature is okay? I would start there. If you need further assistance with these troubleshooting steps, it's no problem.

I'd assume for memory use memtest? Hard drive test and processor temp i would not know how to check
Yes, memtest for the memory.
DFT for the hard drive: http://icrontic.com/articles/hard_drive_diagnostics
You may also have an infection of vundo or Smitfraud, so I recommend you run Vundofix and Smitfraudfix before returning to superantispyware.

Vundo and smitfraud came back clean no problems. I made a bootable disk of DFT and it wouldnt start from the disk, i changed the order of my startup and put my cd/dvd first but it still didnt read it. I forget where i found DFT is there a download link you can give me because i did have trouble finding it.
Try SeaTools for DOS instead.
Download this ISO:
Seagate's <a href="http://download.seagate.com/seatools/registration.nsf/eula/desktop" target="_blank">SeaTools for DOS</a> CD image
Perform a <a href="http://seagate.custkb.com/seagate/crm/selfservice/search.jsp?DocId=201271" target="_blank">a long scan</a> with it.

Should be. Make sure you back any data up before you take it back. They will wipe and re-image HD for sure.
