Another STOP:0x0000008E error.

Hey guys, this is my first post as you may notice. I've been searching the net for hours on end trying to find the solution to my problem, but so far nothing that's worked for others has worked for me.
I get the error as I start windows, it boots into windows but after say 10-15 secs it blue screens and shows the error.

The characters that come up are:
*** STOP:0x0000008E (0xC0000005,0x80635A9D,0xBA99799C,0x00000000)
the first time it happened though it showed:
*** STOP:0x0000008E (0xC0000005,0x80635A9D,0xBA11B99D,0x00000000)

Please, please help me.

I hate the 8E errors, there's just about no information that makes it worth even showing me information in the first place.... I fought one down in Outlook until I gave in and reformatted.. never saw it again.... wish I'd had the link above on that day....
