My mainboard doesn't see any of my drives (ide - hdd or cd-rom)
==dell optiplex gx260==

In the BIOS? Nothing?

Well, not even BIOS could see any drives but I went to an IT service shop and they reset and cleared the BIOS. Everything went ok afterwards except the HDD which is not working anymre and the connector cables which were replaced.
