If you still require help please do the following


Download and Run RSIT


Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open:


log.txt will be opened maximized.
info.txt will be opened minimized.


Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.

Unfortunately i got fed up on the March 7th and i reformatted my hard drive. I did back up some of my programs onto an external hard drive but i'll need to make sure that the virus or whatever it was didn't get onto it. Thanks for the reply. Maybe i'll wait longer next time I run into problems on my pc. At least my computer running again without problems. Srry for not saying that i did that but i forgot
