Pop-Up NeXplore

I'm having the same problem someone else reportedin January. I keep getting NeXplore Search pop up & sometimes it will open up over 20 blank tabs & the only way to get rid of then is to open Task Manager, I also get other pop-ups, all the same that she listed. I have done system scans with Trend-Micro House Calls & they found grayware & cookies, and deleted them & I still get the pop up after I did a 6 hour full system scan. What can I do????

I apologize for the delay in responding, but as you can probably see the forums are quite busy.
Unfortunately there are far more people needing help than there are helpers.

If you still require help please do the following


Download and Run RSIT


Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open:


log.txt will be opened maximized.
info.txt will be opened minimized.


Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
