Suggestions for a kick-azz headset?

My girlfriend's younger sister is staying with us for a while :(

Apparently, she's bitching about all the base thats coming from the living room.. so I've decided to invest in the best quality headset available (read: within $$ limits.) I'll probably hook these up to my tv, but I'm warming up to the idea that I can now watch some pr0n without the usual:
*knock* "What's going on in there?"

So, any ideas? My computer uses the soundstorm gizmo that comes with the a7n8x deluxe, and my tv.. well, I have no idea honestly, but I got it about a week ago with all that hdtv, widescreen **** that's popular.

Sennheiser HD570's are a good idea (the 580-600 are all open back, thus you can hear them from the outside too, where as the 570 is closed). As they are a good set.
