Rip to MP3

I used to be able to tell WMP to rip my CDs to .MP3 for me. Now it doesn't seem to be an option. Is there something I need to do or download to get it to work?

I want to make MP3 CDs to play in my car, so .WMA isn't good enough (My car's CD player wont play them).
