Firefox Crashing System

Hello All,

I've got a Firefox issue I've never experienced.

One of our teachers(graphic arts) has Illustrator + other photo editing software loaded on his classroom PC. When he tries to use Firefox, his computer will BSOD.:wtf: (XP - SP3 all updates)

Other than the photo editing software, his PC is set up just like the 4000 other machines I have around the district (standard image).

Any help would be appreciated.

What editing software is it, exactly? (Is it mainstream/reputable?)

Is any of it running in the background? (Is there correlation between BSOD and what else is open?)

Have you tried just uninstall/reinstall Firefox? (Can we rule out a FF-only issue?)

Maybe something is corrupted in his Firefox profile? Try saving his bookmarks and deleting his profile folder under C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
