Guild Wars 2

Hey I was wondering if anyone on here knows when Guild Wars 2 is going come out. Because on there site they are really iffy about it and don't tell you much. Just wanting to know because the screenshots for it looked really cool. So if anyone has anymore info add another post.

The latest press release for this game was in March of 2007. At that time they estimated that the public beta would begin late 2008. Obviously they didn't hit that mark.

The latest info I have simply says that it will "not be in 2008".

Unfortunately sometimes companies that are not under the pressure of an external publisher will take a "It'll be finished when it's finished" attitude to development, which is self-destructive, and frustrating to the waiting fans. ArenaNet has taken just this attitude with GW2.

Thanks for the info really wish they would hurry up and put it on the selfs. The game looks pretty sick.

I really want this game to be ready as well. I have really enjoyed the original GW and hope they don't take forever getting GW2 out.

So for people like me who think the game rocks, this is bad news.
But hold in there I'm sure the wait will be worth it.
