Hi - I recently upgraded my itunes to the newest version. Since then I cannot get onto gotomypc. My internet works fine - but when I get to the step of downloading the viewer I get an error that it can't be downloaded.
I have Windows XP and Norton 360. I've tried disabling the NOrton firewall and it still doesn't work. I also deleted the bonjour package from ITunes. I read somewhere that Outpost is automatically installed w/the new Itunes. However, I can't find it on my computer ot uninstall.
I get the same error message when I try download a java update. It seems like there is some kind of firewall blocking exe. downloads. I can't contact GoToMYPC because it is a corporate account so we have to contact out IT guy. Just my luck our IT guy is on vacation for two weeks.
I really need to finish a bunch of things at work but don't want to be at the office until midnight.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
