It's time for cookies, and Im baking 12 peanut butter cup cookies at 1:15 AM on a thursday morning.

My mother's chocolate oatmeal no-bakes, shortly followed by her sugar cookies. FML, I could be 3000 pounds off of them and keep eating.

This is the best cookie in the world. A doctor could say to me, "Brian, if you ever eat another Samoa, you will die." and I would wait until I had my affairs in order and then I would eat a barrel full of them until I dropped dead.

Isn't it glorious?

It's beautiful. The most sublime cookie ever conceived. Toasted....Toasted coconut bits on a smooth caramel ring, dropped in milk chocolate to kiss the bottom of the cookie, but no; they didn't stop there. They then drizzled chocolate on top as well, just to complete the circle. To ensure that you get a little zing of chocolate with every bite on both the top AND bottom.

I am going to go to bed now because I have died a little bit inside because I cannot have a Samoa right this very instant.

This makes me so sad. Why did I bake cookies? I could have gone to the store and bought one of THOSE. That thing.. well, whenever I find myself at an IC event, Im bringing 10 boxes of those. Thats all I have to say.

I saw the title of this thread and immediately googled for pictures of samoa's only to click on this thread and see you already posted it. I share the same love of samoa's.

In Illinois the Samoas are known as "Caramel Delights" and they are certainly tasty. I also like the peanut butter patties.

My favorite cookie would probably be my grandma's Italian lemon cookies. I go through a batch of those like nobody's buisness.

I also LOVE LOVE LOVE cookie cake. Give me a cookie covered in frosting and WE'RE DONE.

^^ word, we call em "Caramel Delights" in Iowa too... But thats just the girlscout ones. Maybe the name "Samoans" is copyrighted?

I'm easy, some Oreo's, and a glass o milk is really all it takes.

My sister's friends just dropped off a cookie cake for her since she just had surgery. IT'S LOOKING AT ME. FML. I LOVE COOKIE CAKE SO MUCH.
