Ok, this is probably a stupid question, but do you have an existing post where you recap everything you did (ie what food habits you changed and what not)? I didn't see a thread in the Fitness forum.

Congrats tho, that's fantastic progress. You shed those lbs fast :jared:

I didn't post a thread on what changes I made. I will eventually.

Let's just say I'm not doing it the conventional way ;)

This is really fantastic progress. Ten pounds a month is phenomenal. Whatever you're doing, so long as it's not ephedrine, I would continue doing. If you want weightlifting advice, post up a thread.

I promise no drugs are involved.

And thanks Nomad. Between you and your brother I think I'll be able to get enough weightlifting advice.

I was able to tighten my belt one more notch today. That is 5"s off my waist now. I will try to weigh in sometime to see if I've reached my goal weight.

It also means the jeans I just bought, probably are too big now :)

Just to update you guys, I weighed in today and am down to 192lbs. I am also down to a 32" waist, which is down from a 38" I had when I weighed 241lbs.

My army weight was 185lbs. So I'm almost there.
