Day three! And it's out! Woot woot!

A few questionable things there (I can't spycheck as a medic anymore? *cries*), but over all, looks sweet. Plus now we can play Sawmill on Icrontic, what with you Arena-haters hating on Arena.

Anyways, i'll be playing all evening, feel free to join me.

How do you figure? It looks like a minor tweak to me. I mean, sure it's a small change (no more M1 mashing), but it's not that big of a deal it seems. Plus, Sandman changes?

So uh now there is literally no reason to have the sandman at all. Force of Nature took a huge nerfing as well so that may go off my list of weapons. And obviously as Canti so eloquently put it the "Suicide Juice" is worthless. And I can't even spam pistol round now, le sigh.

What about those of us that don't have the stun an Uber with the Sandman achievement yet?

What about those of us that don't have the stun an Uber with the Sandman achievement yet?

Update today changed the achievement.

I got a medal but haven't been on to see what it is/does.

It goes in the new "MISC" slot on your soldier. It just looks cool, nothing much else.

Hmm... I got one, but I never play soldier, so maybe I'll trade it to someone for something cool, once the trading is implemented.

This is also what I thought. When I logged in and found that it was in the Soldier's inventory, I was a little disappointed.

Why wouldn't I be serious? When I saw "click here and we'll send you a soldier pin" I thought they were going to send one to my house for me to wear on my real clothing. The virtual pin is neat, but not nearly as cool as a real pin would be. It doesn't even show up on the charcter in-game. It can only be seen when someone looks at my inventory.

It does indeed show up on your character in-game. It does on mine.

You need to equip it.

I don't think I have any clothes items yet.

It's like a hat. It goes in an empty slot. There are slots for hats and "misc"

So far I actually like what they did with the pistol. It may fire a bit slower but it eliminates players who are using scripts to fire it at the maximum speed by clicking one time.
