Cropping to a specific size in lightroom 2

Let's say i have a large raw picture that I want to crop to a 1920x1200 rectangle. How do I do this? I do _not_ want to crop a rectangle and then have it resized on export.

So far, I still think the best way is to export it to Photoshop, make yourself a 1900x1200 template, and drag the image onto it. Center to your liking and flatten.

If you were doing anything else with it, you'd be resizing it anyway, so you may as well go the resize-on-export route.
