I'm an 'early person', I tend to go to bed early and get up at the crack of dawn. I can be here very early and there's always somebody here, Americans I think. It must be in the early hours over there.
When is your 'usual' S-M time? and if you're young and on here late does it cause friction at home?

subtract 8hrs to get pacific time, 7 for mountain, 6 for central, & 5 for eastern. So your posted the thread @ 11:38 P.M. my time, which is fairly early.

I go to bed usually around 12-1AM, and get up 7:30-8:30 on weekdays, after 10 on weekends.

As for my usual S-M time, I'm on all the time, except when I'm asleep or away from the 'net. My laptop sits on the part of my desk that is literally right next to my bed. I check my e-mail before I get out of bed every morning.

I go to bed when I can no longer stay awake and wake up when nature calls next which is usually in 5 hours or so. I could fall asleep at 1a.m. or 1p.m. or any time in between.

I'm a nighthawk, mainly because the job shift is 3:30pm to midnight, so I'm asleep at 3am in the morning, and waking up at 11am or so. It's kinda fun, but I have no Fridays :(

Shift work sucks. I do four differant shifts in a six week period, but I do get two weeks off.

Tha pay is worth it right now. If I were on my own, I would take this job as a last resort, though it is honestly the best job I have found to date.

I so envy you Europeans with your vacations. I swear you guys get at least 2 months off in a year.
I'm up by 5am, not by choice.
I hated shift work, it is never consistent in the ER. I'd get day-evening-evening-day-night-evening-night-etc.

I usually get home around 6:00 p.m from work. So from that point until about 11:00p.m on weeknights I'm browsing the forums off and on. On weekends it's pretty much the same.

In the the morning before school which starts at 8-10 depending on the day, after school/before work. And then after work at like 6:30 until I go to bed around 12-1.

What I meant was two weeks off in every six, but that's because the other weeks are longer hours. I do get 33 days holiday though so yeah, it's 5 months in the year that I'm not in work. Doesn't sound to bad when you say it like that.

During the week, I usually stay up to at least 11:00pm. I get up around 6:00-6:15am. Get to work around 7:30am and work at least 12 hours (usually more).

On the weekend, I get up when I damn well feel like it! :D
