On the third level, the one where you need to shoot down to get across, stay on a platform and shoot down at the lava stuff. Once you clear a sufficient hole, jump down. You get off the map/game. O:

I think you can do that on most levels, at least. If you get trapped, hit "R" to restart the level.

Wow, i'm either really thick or this game is confusing.. I couldn't figure out what I needed to do :(
