View Full Version : Trying to Organize my new PC...(56K Beware)
So I am trying to have my new setup in a way that I can SEE my new cool PC... it GLOWS! I am still trying to figure out this camera, so the flash was on and killed the lights in the case... but it is cool to say the least!
OK so, the problem is I have this cool **** and want it visiable and NOt in the damned hole you see in my desktop where I usually put a PC. You can't see the window duh!
:D Any advise?

Place it where the printer is now (slightly facing the desk, so you can see the window more easily from teh front) and move the printer to the table on the opposite side.
I used to have my desk tucked into a corner like that too, and I realized I diddn't have enough space as I wanted on either side, not to mention I wasnt sitting in the right place for the best audio expirence (for lack of a better term). You could do what I did, and move your furnature around in such a manner that you benifit from audio positioning, viewing from your bed, and more space around the desk.

The only place I see that it would go is where your printer is now, like TheSmJ said.

What's with the rear speakers on those stands?
I have two words for you: Wall mount.

My room is too big, and the layout of the room doesn't allow me to do too much fancy things as sound gets ABSORBED. Plus I spent $99.99 bucks on these and I plan on using them :)
I dunno about the PC where the printer is now though, I did think about it earlier, but I am not sure if these cheap grates will support anything more than a Printer in weight.

Your prolly right about that, as the case you have tends to be pretty heavy even when empty (not knocking it, I have a similar one). 'Might be best off K-Marting/Garage saleing for a small table to put it on.

It's aluminum, and very light :D But with all my parts in it, it is a bit on the heavyside... heavy for the crates at least... I am sure the metal peices could hold it, but the metal peices are connected like KENEXX or whatever those WOODEN lego like things were back in the day. Just a plastic peice on the edges.. :P I'll find a table around here somewhere, I'll be watching the dumpster more often.
