Apparently, Mr. Kotick of ActiBlizz has a long history being a douche, and his latest speech (http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2009/09/actiblizzard-ceo-kotick-policy-rewards-profits-removes-fun.ars) in San Francisco only seem to strengthen that image. I could think of more constructive ways to motivate employees rather then reminding them they could lose their job at any second.
