Yeah, I agree. The were both grade A dicks. Those are the types of skaters who give skating a bad name, and those are the types of rent-a-cops who make the profession such a joke. Not that I'm an offended rent-a-cop, it's just the sad truth of the matter.

Unfortunately for the guard, if the kid decides to take legal action, the guard is screwed. It appears they were on public property when the guard grabbed the camera and for what followed.

I'm not saying the kid didn't have it coming as we don't know what led to the guard running him off in the first place. But based solely on the video, a jury would probably vote in favor of the kid.
