From what I've read, all the Via chipset boards based on the KT600 chipset have their little quirks. Plus the Via boards don't have locked down pci and agp busses like the nforce2 boards; they still use dividers.
NF7-S is the way to go.:D

I remember an issue with the component placement of the kv7 also ...something about the power connector being located in an inefficient place. Maybe a few caps and such also.

Main page. Click MOTHERBOARDS in the ARTICLES AND REVIEWS column right smack dab there at the top. Scroll down...it's the third entry.

BTW. NF7 by far. The KV7 is a budget board.
I screwed up your poll by voting neither :P But I will agree the NF7 is nice, even though mine isn't here yet, I have used it twice to build other people systems.
its all good thats why that option is there. also its a opionion so your suppost to say what you feel

This poll must be a joke, right!!!
They are not even in the same class.
By the way it's NF7-S for those who don't know. ;)

No personal experience with either one yet (my long-anticipated upgrade is on hold again...), but my attitude toward VIA has soured over the years. I'll be buying an NF7-S as soon as I can afford it.

;D ;D ;D
The KV7 has a via chipset.
No one in their right mind would use a Via board (socket a, anyhow) when there's an alternative from nVidia.
