Quick MoBo Question

Fry's Electronic's has an add for a Athlon XP 2200+ with an ECS Motherboard, a combo deal. Now its only 69.99...and I was wondering what I would be getting myself into if I went ahead and bought it. I mean at the very least I could just buy a different motherboard and use that processor right?

The motherboard's model is: ECS K7VTA3 8.0

I say get it. The proc alone costs $68 (newegg). The board is not a top of the line Abit but it works well. You're basically getting the board for free.
