Someone was telling me about a Linux based OS designed specifically for routing with multiple NICs, firewall, and web caching. If I remember correctly, it started with an S. I can't remember what it was called. Any ideas?

Nope, slackware isn't it. I looked at the web site for it, its not the one the guy showed me.

I think you would be looking for SmoothWall.

Jesus, and that was one of the first such Linux distro's I've heard of... why couldn't I remember it beforehand?

Astaro will let you do that and use the routing box as a firewall. Smoothwall and Astaro are similar.

Well, I got it up (the os). Everything is working fine except I'm having trouble with my hotline server. People can connect, but their downloads won't start. Any ideas?
