Hotline Clients VS. My New Firewall. Will They Ever D/L?

OK, so, I got my firewall up, and forwarded all the needed ports to my server, and every thing seems to work, except that people that sign on to my hotline server can't get ther D/Ls to start. It used to work fine when the interweb came straight into the server. Just FYI, I use hotline net strangler to limit bandwidth, and control user accounts. The strangler is set up to use the loopback of the server on port 5600 to communicate with the HL server software, and it uses 5500 (the default port) to talk to the world. Also, the files up for D/L are on a different computer on the network. It uses shortcuts in the files folder to link to the shares.

Any ideas on how to get it going again?

Ouch. Aparently I Cant recieve mail on my server either. and all the ports are forwarded. (asuming i did it right)
