help with parent child domain

i need to make a child parent domain, anyone know now of a website where it can tell me how? Im familiar with making domain controllers just not parent child

a parent child is just a level 1 subdomain afaik.

it depends what DNS server program you are running. I would consult the manual and the software company first because I can't imagine you are the first one with this problem.
