Converting *.swf to *.gif ?

Is there an easy way to do this? I need (want) to do this for an...erm..."secret project" :D

The easy way is to get the original .fla file and tell flash to save it as a GIF.

Only other method I can think of is to get a decomplier to cut it back down (I think to a .fla file) then use the above method.

Flash to Video Encoder can solve this task. It suports converting swf to any of video format (including gif)
