burning iso

I am trying to burn the windows 64bit iso to a bootable cd but for some reason i cannot get it to work! ive used both nero and roxio but all i can get it to do is copy the file thats it! any hints? BTW i am new ia making bootable disc I normally get them premade from people

open nero, then switch to nero express, tell it you want to make a CD from a disk image.
