file and printer sharing tcp ports?

I was wondering what ports are used for Microsoft file and printer sharing.

A great summary of port usage under Win2K can be found here (http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/samplechapters/cnfc/cnfc_por_simw.asp). Since these are MS defaults, I would assume that they would be the same for WinXP.

Im trying to set the dmz pinholes into my protected network so the computers can share files, but i cand seem to get it to work.
