Symptoms (After doing steps in the thread 180 Research Assistant below)

Yahoo Messenger would not look up profiles, Removed Yahoo the right way, got a security warning from Norton whild removing a piece of yahoo.

Reinstalled Yahoo messenger, on first profile look up I get a "Slut Page" from GeoCities behind with a Google Home Page.

Uninstalled Y Messenger again.

Disconnected from Net.

Ran:
Spybot
AdAware
CWShredder

Now the real kicker:

When I go the view the inbo in CWShredder regarding removing Java stuff,
The GEOCITIES SLUT PAGE and GOOGLE Screen appear!!! Cute I wont use any bad language about these insidious morons yet!!!
